All orders submitted are subject to verification for correctness and may be rejected if any of the information on the PO is not accurate, including but not limited to:
1. Part Number/Nomenclature
2. Unit Price
3. Order Number
5. Delivery Date
6. Ship to Address
7. Bill to Address
8. Delivery Method/Instructions
9. Destination Country for Air Worthiness Tags (8130-3)
Upon request, Yokohama Aerospace America, Inc. will acknowledge receipt of hard copy purchase orders, and their acceptance or denial.
There is a $50 PO minimum required for all orders unless otherwise stated. If the amount of the purchase order is less than $50.00, the purchase order shall be charged $50.00 as a minimum charge.
There is a $100 fee for shipping any items that may be considered Hazardous Material (Hazmat Fee)

Pricing for all orders are quoted in U.S. Dollars, ExWorks YAA Facility Kent WA and include charges for packing that will generally conform to ATA 300 Specifications. Unless otherwise specified, all freight, taxes, customs fees and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Pricing through this system aligns with the Yokohama Spare Parts Catalog and prices are valid on or after January 1, 2015 and will remain valid for one year or until next revision date with the following exceptions:
1. Price changes to correct errors in the existing catalog
2. Price changes due to increase supplier costs when existing inventory is exhausted and our supplier cost has increased.
YAA will inform customers of any price change before an order is accepted.
Shipments to customers who have not established credit terms will be made on a C.O.D. basis or charged to a credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX). Credit card charges accepted only in writing from the customer.
Payments from customers who have been given credit terms must be mailed to the address shown on the invoice within thirty (30) days of the YAA invoice date. Yokohama Aerospace America, Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel credit terms and/or credit limits at any time without notice and require guaranteed security or payment in advance for the amount of the order. All parts are sold EXW YAA Facility Kent, Washington. Orders will be shipped within 10 calendar days of acceptance of order for parts with stock available and is subject to lead times in parts catalog for parts not in stock. Those lead times are approximate and more accurate lead times to be provided after receipt of order.
Expedite Fees are available for shipping parts same day that we have available in stock; $50 before 12 PM and $100 in the afternoon.
AOG Order Policy
YAA recognizes that occasionally, Customers require spare parts in less than the standard lead-time. In order to satisfy this requirement, YAA will respond to expedited orders based on the following schedule after receipt of order:
1. AOG within four (4) hours
2. Critical within twenty-four hours
3. Expedite within five (5) working days
A Yokohama Certificate of Conformance is included with all shipments. An 8130-3 is provided for all international shipments provided the destination country is noted correctly on the purchase order; a domestic 8130-3 is available for $50 but is not required.
If a third party holds the PAA approval, a customer may request a copy of the manufacturer certificate of conformance and/or and FAA 8130-3.
Return of parts based on a warranty claim requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

Your correspondence should clearly be identified as a warranty claim and your warranty claim note should be included. YAA will evaluate your claim and respond with an RMA number within one business day after preliminary review. Final disposition of the warranty claim will be made after inspection of the claimed item in accordance to YRC criteria and the Yokohama Aerospace America, Inc. Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Vendor items should be returned directly to the responsible vendors. Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) of the Lavatory Module for Boeing 737 NG prepared by YRC, indicate the vendors’ name and their locations.
